We stand behind everything we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Items must be returned in the condition you received them, in the original packaging.

How to request

Email westbridgesupply@gmail.com with your Ticket ID and the reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Processing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable

Personalized or clearly-used items may not be eligible for a full refund. We'll always let you know before processing.
